Week 11 Buy Low Sell High Trade Advice

Week 11 Buy Low Sell High Trade Advice

Hello, again folks, David here bringing you one of the final Buy Low/Sell Highs before your trade deadlines. At this point, these articles are geared more towards the upper echelon of teams that are preparing for playoffs. In this part of the season, I'm trying to trade players that still have byes or that don't have favorable playoff schedules for players that have easy schedules. Just because someone is listed as a buy or sell this week doesn't mean to go all out on them. Just thing to keep in mind.

Players I'm Buying

Drew Brees, Russell Wilson

In the upcoming weeks, Brees plays 4 of the bottom 10 pass defenses in the league. Russell Wilsons slate isn't quite as tasty, but he does have SF and KC in weeks 15 and 16 of your fantasy season.

Christian McCaffrey, Zeke Elliott

CMC has scored 5 touchdowns in the last two weeks so you will be paying a hefty price tag for him. This is my main target if I'm selling one of my elite "sell" guys in the next week or so. He has matchups on deck with DET, TB, CLE, NO, and ATL. All bottom of the barrel defenses. Again, Zeke is coming off a monster day so you better pony up if you want him. He also still has 5 bottom half defenses left to play including TB in your championship week.

Michael Thomas, Odell Beckham Jr., Amari Cooper

Thomas has the same explanation as Drew Brees. Odell is coming up on a few pass funnel offenses.  This extends to Sterling Sheperd as well as a more of a bargain trade. Games against TB, PHI, IND, and Ten awaits Beckham in the fantasy playoffs. With the same burnable schedule as Zeke without even half the price tag, Cooper is an awesome consolation prize if you miss out on your elite targets.

Greg Olsen

One of Newton's top pass catchers can be had for a pretty good price right now. With an easy schedule in the fantasy playoffs, Olsen makes sense as a trade target for you this week.

Players I'm Selling

Jared Goff, Patrick Mahomes

This one is easy. Both players still have a bye upcoming. Mahomes might be a big reason why you're in the playoffs but you can get someone like Drew Brees for him and skip the bye. If you're already a playoff lock, the bye week trades don't apply to you.

Todd Gurley, SaQuan Barkley

I know there will be a lot of blowback for this one. I understand. I personally tried to trade Barkley this week for Zeke. It didn't work out so I'm keeping him. do NOT trade these players for anything less than other elite talents in better positions. Bakley has a brutal schedule with the possibility of a rookie QB taking the reins. Things have a chance to take a turn for the worst there. Gurley's impending bye is the only reason he is on this list.

Allen Robinson, Stefan Diggs

Robinson made a triumphant return this week. Use that to your advantage and deal someone still in a bad offense with matchups against MIN, DET, NYG, AND GB still on tap who all bast good No. 1 corners. Diggs should be nearing health but with a tough schedule and a chance of reinjury, I'm trading him where I can manage.

That's all for this week. Remember, just because someone is listed as a sell, does not mean you should be anxious to trade them away. Just be mindful of their situations and see if there is any way that you can improve that. A savvy player is always looking to better their team. Good luck to you in Week 11, and as always follow me on twitter @HessFootball for more advice!
